These terms apply when you use the Hair Theory store and website. By using the store, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Products

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Product descriptions may change at any time. We may stop selling any product at any time.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline your order. Your order is accepted once we confirm it. Please check your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to change it after acceptance.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order.

All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay when your order arrives. We do not collect card details.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free across Pakistan. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days, and will not take more than 7 business days. No orders are dispatched on weekends or gazetted public holidays. Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carriers, or events outside our control. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy. In short: you have 15 days from delivery to request a return for unopened, unused products in original condition. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our Refund Policy for the full details.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, images, logos, and product names, belongs to Hair Theory. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

Errors and omissions

Occasionally the store may contain errors, such as a wrong price or description. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by an error, and we will contact you if that happens.
