Hair Theory™ is a protocol, and protocols make measurable promises. If you follow the 2-Step Hair Recovery Protocol™ and don't feel a difference in smoothness, combability, or reduced fall during washing, we will refund your full purchase price. You already pay nothing in advance with Cash on Delivery — this guarantee means you risk nothing after delivery either.

How the guarantee works

  1. Try the protocol properly. Use Step 01 before washing and Step 02 after washing, as directed on the Protocol Card, for at least two full washes.
  2. Not convinced? Contact us within 14 days of the delivery date through our Contact page with your order number and a short note on what didn't work for you. Your feedback genuinely shapes the formula.
  3. Return the bottles. Send the bottles back to us. The protocol only needs a small amount per wash, so a modest amount of use is completely fine — but at least half the product must remain in each bottle for the claim to qualify. We'll share the return address when you contact us.
  4. Receive your refund. Once the bottles reach us, we refund the full product price within 5–7 working days via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa — your choice.

Terms & conditions

  • The guarantee window is 14 days from the date of delivery, as recorded by the courier.
  • The original bottles must be returned with at least half of the product remaining in each. A small, reasonable amount of use is expected and accepted — the guarantee covers a genuine trial of the protocol, not a fully consumed product.
  • Return courier charges are borne by the customer. Delivery on your original order remains free.
  • The refund covers the full product price paid. It is issued via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa after the returned bottles are received.
  • Limit of one guarantee claim per customer (per name, address, or phone number). The guarantee exists so first-time customers can try the protocol with confidence — not as a recurring return channel.
  • Products purchased through third-party resellers or marketplaces are not covered; the guarantee applies to orders placed on hairtheory.shop only.
